The Account Manager will focus on managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and efficiently addressing client needs.

Responsibilities

Policy reviews

Managing renewals

Addressing claims

Providing guidance on commercial lines coverage

Building strong client relationships

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Commercial Lines Coverage and fundamental insurance products

Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships

Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and address client needs effectively

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools is an advantage

State insurance Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
