Essential Job Functions

Support senior team members in staying current with compressed air systems, industry trends, and regulatory environment.

Provide technical assistance to the internal sales team and external distributors, including product and installation-related questions.

Assist in performing basic compressed air system efficiency calculations based on environmental factors, equipment type, and application.

Contribute to the analysis and presentation of air audit data, supporting sales teams in customer presentations.

Assist with the preparation of life cycle cost (LCC) comparisons of ELGi product lines versus competitor products.

Help maintain competitive profiles of ELGi product offerings against competitor solutions.

Work with Regional Sales Managers and distributors to support product selection for end-user needs.

Help update and maintain product information (e.g., line sheets, distributor portal content).

Collaborate with the Marketing Department by providing input for product collateral and updates.

Participate in product training sessions (both learning and assisting in delivery) with Regional Sales Managers and distribution partners.

Support other assigned tasks such as quote preparation, lead-time communication, and data entry

This position could be an excellent fit for you if you have the following qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience technical support, sales, or other relevant field in industrial equipment industry

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven ability to understand complex electromechanical systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Analytical thinking skills

Effective presentation skills

Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Adaptable with the ability to respond to changing business needs

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer-focus

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
