Minimum 2-3 years' experience technical support, sales, or other relevant field in industrial equipment industry Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to understand complex electromechanical systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Analytical thinking skills Effective presentation skills Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Adaptable with the ability to respond to changing business needs Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-focus Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
