What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from outreach to close

Build and maintain a robust pipeline through high-volume prospecting activities

Execute disciplined daily prospecting through cold calling, emails, and social selling

Conduct high-quality discovery meetings to uncover business pain points

Collaborate with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success for technical evaluations and smooth transitions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong B2B SaaS sales experience focused on new business development

Proven track record of success in closing new logos

Exceptional pipeline generation skills with experience in building territories from scratch

Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously (15-20+ active deals)

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models

Strong discovery and qualification capabilities using consultative selling approaches

Adaptability and coachability in dynamic, high-velocity environments

Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
