What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own the full new logo acquisition cycle for the India territory from prospecting to close

Build and maintain a robust pipeline through high-volume prospecting activities

Conduct high-quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders to uncover business pain points

Navigate complex sales processes with C-level executives and cross-functional buying committees

Develop and execute strategic territory plans, identifying high-value targets for new accounts

What is Required (Qualifications)

3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year in new business development

Proven track record in closing new logos and managing full-cycle sales deals

Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models

Strong consultative selling skills to articulate value to senior decision-makers

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message

Experience with a contemporary sales tech stack including Salesforce, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously

Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to meet ambitious targets
