Funeral Arranger I

to join our team at

Mililani Mortuary . United by a common desire to serve, Funeral Arrangers at NorthStar share a pride in their profession that extends beyond the workday. The Funeral Arranger is responsible for providing a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during and after the loss of a loved one. This position also manages all phases of the funeral arrangement including the removal of the deceased, selecting and setting up funeral services to final disposition. Responsibilities

Conducts funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional and caring manner Carries out funeral services from retrieval of the deceased to final disposition Assists in preparing the memorial area for the family before the start of the services Creates and reviews contracts for accuracy Responsible for receiving and processing payments Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed Ensure that flowers and other memorabilia are returned to the family after services Maintains ECHO appointment setting above 35% Maintains package uptake above 40% Encourage Google reviews Always maintains reverence and respect for the deceased Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Knowledge of current federal, state and local regulations related to the funeral industry Current certification if required by state regulations (California Only) 1+ years of funeral industry experience Compensation
