The Property Manager / Residential Support Staff is responsible for day-to-day oversight,safety, and coordination at 112 S Mount Street Baltimore, Maryland 21223, a shared room rental property operatedby Unity Shared Housing, LLC. The role focuses on property operations, residentsupervision, safety monitoring, medication oversight (non-administration), documentation,emergency response, and compliance with housing rules, health requirements, and agencypolicies. Minimum Qualifications & Compliance Requirements

Free from tuberculosis, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella Physician/MD statement Criminal background check completed prior to assignment Ability to comply with property policies, house rules, and local regulations Required Training & Knowledge

Maintain required documentation in iCanotes, including: Move-in documentation, Move-out documentation, Changes in resident status or condition, Daily or periodic property/resident notes Redline App

Complete incident reports, Document safety concerns, rule violations, or unusual events Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Property Operations & Supervision

Oversee daily operations of the shared housing property Conduct routine room and common-area checks Enforce house rules and maintain a safe, drug-free environment Medication Safety Oversight (Non-Clinical)

Ensure resident medications are secured properly Provide medication reminders as needed Monitor residents to ensure medications are not misused, shared, or diverted Report medication-related safety concerns or suspected misuse promptly No medication administration or dispensing Resident Coordination & Communication

Serve as on-site point of contact for residents Print and distribute schedules, notices, or reminders as needed Review expectations, schedules, and house rules with residents Encourage participation in scheduled appointments and obligations Documentation & Reporting

Complete required documentation in iCanotes and Redline Take phone messages, direct calls appropriately, and receive visitors as necessary Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Submit maintenance issues to White Glove Property Management Coordinate access for vendors or contractors Compliance & External Coordination

Understand and abide by all facility and property policies Cooperate with government officials, inspectors, or authorized representatives who visit or contact the site Emergency & Safety Responsibilities

Take appropriate action during emergencies Follow emergency and evacuation procedures Remain on site with residents during emergency relocation or critical events until properly relieved Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to remain alert and responsive while on duty Ability to walk the property and perform inspections Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies Employment Relationship Notice

This position is staffed through Mid-Atlantic Staffing and assigned to Rose Hill Shared Housing, operated by ROSE HILL SHARED HOUSING LLC, located at 248 N Fulton Avenue.
