Complete incident reports, Document safety concerns, rule violations, or unusual events Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Property Operations & Supervision
Oversee daily operations of the shared housing property Conduct routine room and common-area checks Enforce house rules and maintain a safe, drug-free environment Medication Safety Oversight (Non-Clinical)
Ensure resident medications are secured properly Provide medication reminders as needed Monitor residents to ensure medications are not misused, shared, or diverted Report medication-related safety concerns or suspected misuse promptly No medication administration or dispensing Resident Coordination & Communication
Serve as on-site point of contact for residents Print and distribute schedules, notices, or reminders as needed Review expectations, schedules, and house rules with residents Encourage participation in scheduled appointments and obligations Documentation & Reporting
Complete required documentation in iCanotes and Redline Take phone messages, direct calls appropriately, and receive visitors as necessary Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Submit maintenance issues to White Glove Property Management Coordinate access for vendors or contractors Compliance & External Coordination
Understand and abide by all facility and property policies Cooperate with government officials, inspectors, or authorized representatives who visit or contact the site Emergency & Safety Responsibilities
Take appropriate action during emergencies Follow emergency and evacuation procedures Remain on site with residents during emergency relocation or critical events until properly relieved Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to remain alert and responsive while on duty Ability to walk the property and perform inspections Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies Employment Relationship Notice
