About the Role
Prosidium Warranty & Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our growing Mexico market. This entry level, in-office role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important part in supporting our Accounting and Operations teams and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
What You Will Do
Enter data to record sold warranty contracts and ensure accuracy in all reporting.
Reconcile cash activity to contract activation reports to support financial integrity.
Provide inbound support to dealership partners.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to help the Accounting and Operations departments.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail paired with solid organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous accounting experience is helpful but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
