Pay Range $30 – $35/hour
Position Overview The Outreach Coordinator provides
administrative, research, and logistical support
to the outreach team, ensuring materials, translations, and planning efforts are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Create, organize, and manage outreach materials
Coordinate translation of materials for multilingual communities
Conduct outreach research and support strategy development
Prepare implementation plans for field outreach activities
Track schedules, materials distribution, and outreach coverage
Support reporting and documentation requirements
Assist with coordination of community events and meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government or public engagement programs
Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
Experience coordinating materials or logistics preferred
