Senior HSE Manager
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr – $197,000.00/yr.

We are looking for an
Senior HSE Manager
to support our Electronics Business Unit. As part of the Electronics Global Leadership Team, you will work with operational leaders to serve clients and senior stakeholders, lead HSE excellence across multi‑site and multi‑client projects worldwide, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of dedicated HSE and administrative professionals, providing supervision, mentorship, and positive motivation to drive employee performance and development.
Develop project‑specific HSE plans, review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables, and participate in operational and construction readiness reviews, monthly assessments, management system reviews, and other forums critical to project success.
Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert on all HSE topics, interacting with internal and external technical professionals and regulatory agencies.
Provide overall leadership and direction to Jacobs teams and client‑assigned personnel, ensuring alignment with the Line of Business (LOB) vision and strategic plans.
Support BeyondZero performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build alliances with client leadership.
Maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and all federal, state, and local agency requirements.
Ensure consistent application of HSE process tools across the Electronics Business Unit.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of professional HSE experience.
Minimum bachelor's degree in health, safety, environmental sciences, or engineering.
At least two years of demonstrated supervisory experience.
Background in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in managing and conducting safety and leadership training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and personnel‑management skills.
Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and relevant agencies.
Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) highly desirable.
Geographically flexible position in the U.S. with up to 50% anticipated travel.
