We are now looking for a talented Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the incumbent will coordinate day‑to‑day property management activities for our luxury residential property.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating day‑to‑day property management activities of the Estate
Liaising with service contractors and monitoring their performance
Conducting Inspections of common areas and facilities of the Estate to uphold satisfactory standards across the Estate
Ensuring the operations are in compliance with statutory requirements, BMO, DMC and House Rules of the Estate
Handling complaints and enquiries
REQUIREMENTS
HKDSE/HKALE or above
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management of luxury residential development
MHKIH/MCIH, or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered
Holder of PMP Licence (Tier 2) preferable
Knowledge in technical and maintenance work is preferable
Experience in handling building renovation projects is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
Passionate, self‑motivated, highly proactive, customer‑oriented and cooperative
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Good PC skills on MS Office and Chinese word processing
Willing to work on Saturdays on roster basis
