We are seeking a talented Senior Community Relations Officer to join the dynamic Public Affairs Department at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Community Relations team, you will play a key role in the Community Ambassador Programme, which is marking its milestone 25 th anniversary through a year-long initiative with key stakeholders. This programme is designed to celebrate the dedication of our People, highlight the impact achieved with our Partners, and encourage meaningful volunteer opportunities. This year-long initiative will further deepen our commitment to community engagement, strengthen partnerships, and drive lasting value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and organize various community initiatives, tenant engagement programs and events to foster connections with our employees, partners and the broader community.
Create content and visuals to effectively communicate the company's community initiatives through internal and external channels such as the corporate website, social media platforms, and intranet.
Work closely with our community and business partners to achieve a greater social impact.
Prepare reports and correspondence, and maintain a robust system to record the company’s community initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, social work or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in community event management or public affairs; Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Community Relations Officer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Experience in creating content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters
Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and possess strong problem-solving abilities
Passionate about engaging in community projects. Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact in the community
Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in database management and documentation
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
Willingness to work on weekends
