We are now looking for a talented Manager, Portfolio to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Portfolio, the candidate assists with the leasing and day-to-day management of commercial & retail properties within the portfolio. Major duties include fostering tenant relationships, interacting with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as preparing related documents. The candidate is also responsible for the coordination of tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance, as well as asset enhancement of the properties within the portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES

Fostering tenant relationships Interacting with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews, as well as preparing related documents Coordinating tenant fit-out projects and budgetary control Assisting with overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and asset enhancement of properties within the portfolio REQUIREMENTS

A university graduate, preferably with professional qualifications in General Practice Surveying from HKIS or RICS A minimum of 5 years' experience in leasing and property management is required. Previous international exposure will be considered an asset Strengthen business networks and fostering good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners Ensure accountability, holding themselves and others responsible for meeting commitments. Act with a clear sense of ownership and establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results interpret and apply business, financial, and market knowledge to make business decisions and advance the organization's goals Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge in sustainability and digitalization will be considered an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese are required Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
