We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Rewards to join our HR team in Hong Kong. You will be a subject matter expert in total rewards and will be responsible for the design and implementation of rewards programs and processes. You will be responsible for governing the philosophy and principles through which we manage rewards across geographies and ensure that we have the right frameworks in place to incentivize performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Rewards Centre of Excellence to co-create and design total rewards strategies, solutions and plans that are applicable across regions, provide oversight on execution and adoption, and ensure alignment with business objectives, market benchmarks, industry trends, and evolving employee needs. Ensure that the programme of work is on budget, executed on schedule and that quality is upheld. Oversee the rewards philosophy governance for all regions, which includes upholding our rewards philosophy, review changes and associated financial impact across geographic locations. Provide governance and advisory support in relation to total rewards to HR teams across geographies. Establish communication strategy on total rewards e.g. employee communications and materials for briefings. Provide regular reports on 1) analysis and insights on BAU operations and new initiatives 2) market trends across geographies. Lead total rewards benchmarking exercises and associated change, providing financial, external market and regulatory analysis. Manage the annual compensation cycle, partnering with the BP team on year-end and bonus. Partner with Finance and manage the staff cost budget process. Oversee the operations and delivery of payroll and benefits, ensuring that SOPs are upheld. Manage associated data integrity in HR systems. Continuously review and improve processes to streamline and optimise workflows. Lead the team; setting objectives, managing performance, motivate and develop the team. REQUIREMENTS
University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in total rewards. Subject matter expert with in-deep knowledge of total rewards design, practices and trends. Strong project, change and stakeholder management capabilities. People leadership - cultivates innovation, builds effective teams and drives engagement. Strong business acumen, analytics skills, and decision quality. Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward. Drives for results and optimises work processes.
