Account Executive
As an Account Executive at our client's tech start-up, you'll be at the forefront of business development efforts, cultivating relationships with government clients, pitching and closing deals. If you have a proven record of GovTech sales, apply now! Base pay range
$80,000 – $95,000 per year. Responsibilities
Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts, build and maintain new customer relationships. Implement selling skills and successfully uncover customer needs to build a tailored proposal. Plan business growth opportunities, penetrate existing market, and report on competition in the marketplace quarterly. Maintain accurate and detailed log of communications using the CRM. Conduct follow-ups. Complete other tasks and responsibilities as required. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. 1-3+ years of GovTech sales experience is highly preferred. Experience within a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is ideal. Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce for account, pipeline, and data tracking. Compensation & Benefits
$80,000–$95,000 base salary, depending on experience. Generous commission structure with a target OTE of $160,000+. Fully remote position, but must be based in the Mid-Atlantic region.
