Office Sales Manager Qualifications:
Availability to work Monday‑Friday 6:30 am – 5:00 pm or until our teams are finished.
Have a vehicle that will be driven to customer’s homes, valid driver’s license and car insurance (minimum liability)
Ability to pass a background check
Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
High school diploma or GED
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES! Assistant Operation Manager Responsibilities:
Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
Training of new employeesQuality control, House Cleaning
Employee performance review
Employee retention and experience
Scheduling
Customer service, Cleaning Homes
Sales - Close Sales over the phone, text and email. Willing to grow company
