Assistant Operation Manager Responsibilities
Recruiting and onboarding new employees
Training new employees
Quality control, house cleaning
Employee performance review
Employee retention and experience
Scheduling
Customer service, cleaning homes
Sales – close sales over the phone, text and email. Willing to grow company
