Job Description We are seeking a professional
Senior Account Executive
to join our Home Health Agency. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing business through new client referrals with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case managers and promoting the home health agency.
Conduct in‑services, presentations, educational, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources.
Coordinate and complete on‑site discharge planning when needed.
Perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company services.
Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.
Maintain knowledge of Medicare and state‑specific home health care regulations.
Obtain physician's order for specified treatments and participate in the referral process.
Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
Gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Participate in continuing education and stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Valid state insurance licensing
Proven track record of B2B sales success
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
Strong computer and technology skills
