Job Description

Drive Cloud and AI sales growth through new customer acquisition and rebuilding underpenetrated and neglected relationships. Responsible for building and maintaining influential customer and supplier business relationships.

Act strategically to identify and target emerging areas for high growth, profit, and differentiation by leveraging market, territory, and supplier-customer relationships. Identify emerging customer and market needs, generate leads and follow‑ups from suppliers and internal sources, evaluate qualified leads, and prioritize high‐return opportunities to solve customer problems and create demand for Arrow’s full range of solutions, products, and services.

Generate Cloud and AI sales by driving new opportunities and selecting products within the territory. Use deep knowledge of Arrow’s solutions to match them to customer business needs, grow profits, maximize margins, coordinate global transactions locally and across regions, and develop strategic customer sales/marketing plans.

Build and maintain influential relationships with customers and suppliers by staying up‑to‑date on industry and competitor products, trends, technology, and information. Develop relationships with decision‑makers at the management and C‑level/executive level to proactively forecast future demands and provide solutions.

Base pay of $60,000 with opportunity for commission earnings.

Position provides account managers the chance to work for a core electronics business and assist in building a Cloud and AI business‑centric unit.

Requires an on‑site presence five days a week.

What We Are Looking For

Strong time‑management, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to sell, negotiate, persuade, and influence specifically in the Cloud and AI space.

Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of customer and supplier.

Demonstrated business development skill in originating new business and converting leads into qualified prospects.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission incentives.

Work Arrangement Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.

Annual Hiring Range $71,500.00 – $118,800.00 (actual compensation offer may vary by location, experience, education, and skill level)
