Salary
range: $12.75 to $13.50 per hour. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Role Summary
– As a Sales Manager, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience in our stores. Your duties include generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and physically handling merchandise to keep showroom floors well maintained. You will build relationships with customers and vendors, set sales goals, assist the General Manager with operational functions, and support delivery logistics when needed.
Responsibilities
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills.
Aptitude for marketing.
Desire to make a difference for our customers.
Age 21 (18 in Canada).
HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years of college or prior management experience preferred.
Valid state Driver’s License and DOT certification (U.S.).
Flexible schedule 8 am – 9 pm.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and 300 lbs with a dolly.
