Responsibilities Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for our clients with authentic passion for the brand, leveraging their expertise to nurture lasting personal connections and exceed goals. Their duties include:

Deliver exceptional customer service through deep product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.

Strategize personal business growth by expanding clientwardrobe, leveraging outreach and digital tools for effective clienteling.

Drive sales achievement by supporting the team in meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and upholding brand standards across all touchpoints.

Coach Brand Ambassadors on customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building skills to contribute to overall team success.

Build genuine connections with customers, aligning product recommendations to their preferences.

Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators such as Sales per Hour, data capture, and other sales goals.

Adapt styling and product presentation for remote or in‑person customers with flexibility.

Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data for clienteling and additional business initiatives.

Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and maintain store visual standards.

Prioritize the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring customer experience is always first.

Provide management feedback on category opportunities and needs.

Support a professional, positive work environment, champion core values, uphold policies, and collaborate with colleagues.

Engage in training and company initiatives to execute business results.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment.

Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.

Ability to navigate sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around chemicals.

Lift or climb up to 30 lbs; support moderate climbing.

Operate register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.

Work flexible schedule, including day, evening and weekends.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co‑workers.

Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.

Compensation Salary range: $0 - $480.77 hourly.
