Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, showcasing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized and thoughtful styling recommendations.

Strategize personal business growth to boost individual productivity through comprehensive wardrobe consideration, successful outreach, and leveraging digital tools to enhance clienteling.

Drive sales achievement by supporting the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by collaborating to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brand’s policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and relationship‑building skills to contribute to overall team success.

Develop genuine connections with customers while aligning product recommendations with their preferences.

Understand sales goals and objectives and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.) using key tools and resources to drive performance.

Adapt and showcase products differently for remote or in‑person customers, showing flexibility based on customer needs.

Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful data to support clienteling and other business initiatives.

Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.

Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the RL experience, ensuring the customer experience is always a priority.

Provide necessary feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.

Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines to uphold appearance.

Support a professional and positive work environment, champion company core values and uphold company policies, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.

Support and participate in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.

Help the store and team find top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.

Qualifications

Sales experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.

Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals.

Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.

Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include day, evening, and weekends.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers.

Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
