What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.

Operate as a virtual, customer‑facing professional, using our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.

Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).

Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour

New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour

Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour

Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

In addition, this position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, with ongoing pay equity assessments.
