Core Responsibilities
Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand your professional network.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
Schedule and conduct in‑person meetings with business owners and decision‑makers to present industry‑leading supplemental insurance solutions.
Build and nurture a client portfolio, follow up on referral leads, and re‑service existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and adhere to weekly schedule, submit the plan to the manager, and record daily work stats.

Additional Qualifications

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of post‑high‑school work experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $82,000 – $98,000 per year.
Commission: Weekly draw pay option plus no‑cap commissions, monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock‑share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
