Outside Sales Professional – Alleviation Enterprise LLC Join a high‑performing sales team selling industry‑leading supplemental insurance solutions to small‑ and medium‑size businesses across Missoula, MT.

Core Responsibilities

Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate new business, and expand your professional network within your assigned territory.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule discovery meetings with business owners and key decision‑makers.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team to review progress and refine strategy.

Build and nurture a client portfolio, pursuing new accounts and re‑servicing existing clients through outreach, referral follow‑up, and in‑person visits.

Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets and plan your weekly schedule, submitting your schedule to your manager each week.

Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each working day.

Additional Qualifications

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of $82,000 – $98,000 per year.

Commission structure with no caps and short sales cycle (3 business days), plus monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.

Weekly draw pay option.
