Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language. Virtual, customer-facing role: use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken communication skills. Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes. Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
