Sales Plumbing Advisor – Oak Plumbing, Inc Oak Plumbing, Inc is seeking a customer‑focused Sales Advisor with plumbing technical knowledge to handle service calls, diagnose issues, and sell installation work.

Essential Responsibilities

Receive and answer all incoming telephone calls and messages from Dispatch/management daily to coordinate schedules and support business needs.

Utilize dispatch software to create invoices, document job history with notes and photographic evidence, track travel ETA, and monitor job progress before dispatching to the next assignment.

Handle customer calls for a variety of service needs, diagnose issues, communicate value levels of options, and educate customers to support decision‑making.

Appropriately use job supplies, communicate supply usage, successfully install jobs to meet code and quality standards, and show installation methods before and after.

Maintain professional interactions with customers in keeping with company standards, attend mandatory training, and maintain safety expectations at all times.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Sales Performance Expectations

Maintain job‑average closing ratio above 75% minimum.

Maintain minimum monthly sales above $75,000.

Maintain a minimum margin of 60%.

Review sales performance with management monthly and quarterly for opportunities and performance.

Direction and Leadership Duties

Train other Oak Plumbing staff on procedure, tactics, and KPIs for successful sales.

Direct and follow up with installation personnel to manage completion of sold work, note and record intervention issues, and resolve them.

Experience and Skills Required

Mechanical plumbing knowledge, positive communication skills, organization, follow‑up, and Service‑Titan knowledge are a necessity.

Ownership of own tools and equipment.

Exemplary record of sales and customer service.

Empathic communication techniques.

Sales techniques and person‑to‑person communication.

Lift 80+ lbs regularly, crawl, twist, and work in tight confined spaces.

Job Expectations for Sales Advisor

Base commission conditional on completion of sales expectations: job detail level, pictures, billing meeting margins, (cost of materials

Parts list recorded into Service‑Titan on sale day to ensure timely ordering.

Multi‑day jobs require layout time on first day and closing time on last day to collect and quality check.

Support all customer concerns.

Complete closed job review with manager.

Schedule and Hours

Full‑time: Monday‑Friday with intermittent weekend and after‑hours support.

Time off scheduled >48 hrs notice.

Compensation

Salary: $1,280 weekly.

Commission: plus 4% weekly.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
