Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate (60123)
Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are looking for a bilingual Sales Advocate to serve our customers and drive sales growth.

Role Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding their needs.
Build value by offering tailored solutions for each person, family, or business.
Represent our company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Attend outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as required.
Job Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Retail sales background helpful but not required.
Age 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
Must work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong social media presence preferred.
Reliable transportation; live within 30 minutes of the store.
Must be able to operate a personal computer.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance per Team Color policy.
Working Conditions
Lift up to 10 pounds.
Can bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Stand for long periods; acceptable with reasonable accommodation.
Work in a fast‑paced environment.
Follow instructions to completion.
Problem‑solve under pressure.
