Outside Sales Representative – Phoenix, AZ
We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative with a strong hunter mindset: someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
This is a territory‑based role (Phoenix, AZ) focused on building a book of business from the ground up within the SMB market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively prospect SMBs through cold calls, in‑person visits, and local networking.
Lead consultative meetings with business owners and decision‑makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
Generate referrals and build long‑term client relationships.
Attend local trade associations and networking events.
Keep pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in a CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate internally to deliver qualified talent solutions to clients.
2+ years of B2B sales experience (outside sales preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience building a book of business and managing a territory.
Comfortable with cold outreach and face‑to‑face meetings.
Strong pipeline and CRM management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Exposure to construction, home services, or professional services.
Base salary starting at $50,000 (or more based on experience).
Uncapped commission structure.
Year 1 OTE: $150K–$200K.
Monthly health insurance stipend.
401(k) with company match.
