Job Summary As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a FritoLay truck to a variety of retail locations—including gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores—merchandising and selling our complete line of products such as Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. You will work independently, unload orders, maintain accurate records, and partner with store managers to increase sales and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role through a four‑to‑six‑week training program.
Run routes for team members, experience different store types, and meet new customers.
Build relationships with store staff to grow sales and participate in national initiatives.
Maintain product displays and merchandising standards throughout the day.
Track and submit sales reports, inventory records, and route data accurately.
Work a rotating schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts; stay on the road for the full shift.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; eligibility for additional licenses as required.
Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Experience with driving a commercial vehicle and operating in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
