Since 1865, we've consistently demonstrated our passion for leather making – in skilled craftsmanship, unparalleled artistry and a focus on innovation. Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.
CAPEX Procurement Management
Execute end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Align purchasing activities with corporate and regional strategies.
Supplier Identification & Negotiation
Develop and maintain a robust supplier base for CAPEX requirements.
Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Contract & Compliance Management
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with Lear’s global purchasing policies, legal standards, and audit requirements.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
Cost Optimization
Implement cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.
Track CAPEX spending and report variances against approved budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier reliability and market conditions.
Develop contingency plans for critical equipment sourcing.
Sustainability & Ethics
Ensure adherence to Lear’s sustainability and ethical sourcing guidelines.
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
Monitor industry trends and technological advancements.
Provide insights to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Qualifications Education Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in procurement or sourcing, preferably in CAPEX or non‑production purchasing.
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Skills
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of regional supplier markets and CAPEX procurement processes.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
