The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Grow sales in the pipeline industry by working with end‑user accounts
Call on owner corrosion engineering groups to specify the proper coatings
Work with pipe coaters on factory applications
Call on contractors who are coating field joints
Call on project managers building the projects
As an Infrastructure Coatings Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. You will make an impact by:
Working on projects from end to end
Stakeholder management
Addressing technical challenges at factory applicators
Addressing technical challenges in the field
Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Current, valid driver’s license
Additional Qualifications
Three (3) years of outside sales in an industrial setting
Field‑based experience in the pipeline industry
Chemistry education or background
Technical sales in the construction industries
Work location
Remote
Sales Territory – Houston, TX
Travel
May include up to 40% domestic travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision coverage, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits.
