Territory Sales and Service Representative
Apply to join Ecolab as a Territory Sales and Service Representative in the Rocky Mount, VA market. You will be the face of Ecolab, managing a field-based territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer and healthier environment for all. Location and Travel
Field-based position in the Rocky Mount, VA market with required travel to surrounding areas: Rocky Mount, Martinsville and Danville, VA. During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for two of the twelve weeks. All travel and certain travel-related expenses will be paid by Ecolab. You will need proper documentation for travel such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification. Responsibilities
Leverage tablet and mobile phone apps to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions. Communicate Ecolab’s total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts. Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems. Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person as needed. Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions. Demonstrate safe equipment use ensuring customer operations are fully functional. Manage equipment, parts and inventory to control costs. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry‑related experience. Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays. Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions. No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position. Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa. Benefits and Perks
