Territory Sales and Service Representative
in the Wilkesboro, North Carolina market. As an industry leader, we’re growing and need talented people like you to help us continue to protect the world’s most vital resources. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for our customers to help achieve a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers.
Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed.
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.
Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers’ operations are fully functional.
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
Position Details
Field‑based position; may require travel to Wilkesboro, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks. The remaining weeks are in‑field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and related expenses; you are responsible for proper travel documentation.
Weekend Rotation Generally, 1 in 9 weekends are required (based on business demand).

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent/GED.
2 years of sales experience, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry related experience.
Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance at night, on weekends and over holidays.
Current valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
No immigration sponsorship available.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Push/pull equipment.
Stand, bend, stoop.
Work in confined spaces.
Distinguish colors (tools may be accommodated).
Work overtime as required.
Drive company vehicle; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks performed.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.
Mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) in related industries.

Compensation The total compensation range is $55,700–$83,700, which includes base pay and target incentive. Factors such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. are considered. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
