On DeckSports is looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join our rapidly growing business in a remote capacity in the state of Florida. This candidate MUST be located in Florida or willing to relocate to Florida. With over 1,200 golf courses, Florida is a perfect hub for our newest team member. As an Account Executive for our golf team, you will play a central role in expanding On DeckSports’ presence within the golf industry. This individual will build relationships with golf courses, driving ranges, private facilities, and any golf clients seeking turf, netting, and golf course supplies. You’ll manage a regional territory, meet face‑to‑face with prospects, and work to close deals that align with the customers’ needs and our offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of golf clients within your territory.
Conduct in‑person site visits and meetings with decision makers to build relationships and best help the customer achieve their goals.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions including turf, netting, windscreens, and golf course supplies.
Work with project managers, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate quotes and installation plans with customers.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
1+ years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Excellent time management skills, strong organization, multi‑tasking abilities, and attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry‑specific software, such as NetSuite.
