As the Copywriter for the Marketing and Digital team, you will oversee the tone of voice and content creation across the brand’s website, social media, emails, and press interactions. You will work with the digital and marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns that disrupt, engage, and drive sales in existing and new markets.
Travel: 20%
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Define and lead the tone of voice, area of special interest and content purpose for the Noble Panacea brand.
Specify and document regional parameters if relevant, focusing on core proprietary patented technology.
Scope includes all written communication overseen by the team, covering paid media, website, press releases, SEO articles, retailer copy, email marketing, campaigns, video assets, and social media.
Develop lifestyle blog content strategy: educational, succinct, engaging posts on seasonality, travel tips, wedding prep, skin diaries, sustainability, celebrity skin assortments, and skin concerns, aiming for one article per week.
Segmentation of the database and email campaigns to drive sales, in alignment with the CRM team.
Rewrite evergreen website copy, leveraging consumer insights and search trends to meet KPIs.
Collaborate on press release execution with R&D partners, brand design, and marketing.
Translate copy documents (press releases, website, articles, brochures, ad copy, merchandising) to maintain intent across languages.
Craft succinct, persuasive product page copy in collaboration with multiple departments.
Partner on social media copy creation with in‑house social media and KOL managers.
Provide language guidance for social influencer briefs and UGC.
Evaluate brand slogan usage and ensure consistency of key messaging.
Prepare interview responses for journalists meeting with founders.
Oversee script and strategy for the CEO’s podcast “Think Beautifully.”
Lead internal communications, including generative AI guidelines.
Ensure translation agency relationships and internal sign‑offs across departments.
Collaborate effectively across teams to maintain a unified brand voice.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of experience in editorial or in‑house copy within the beauty industry.
Experience in a founder‑led start‑up culture is a bonus.
Skills & Requirements
Fluent in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; data‑driven decision making.
Comfortable with Google Analytics and competitor landscape analysis.
Interest in beauty and wellness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
