Responsibilities

Define and lead the tone of voice, area of special interest and content purpose for the Noble Panacea brand. Working to define and specify the energy, intent and language of the brand that best attracts, holds and delights our audience.

Specify and document the parameters and distinctions between regions if relevant. Focus specifically on the core proprietorial patented technology.

Scope includes all written communication overseen by this team. We are a global team globally overseeing content for paid media, website, press releases, SEO articles, retailers, email marketing, campaigns, video assets, social media.

Craft a lifestyle blog content strategy with a regular cadence of educational, pertinent, succinct and engaging content. Define a content strategy for blog posts, covering seasonality, travel tips, wedding prep, skin diaries, sustainability, celebrity skin assortments and addressing different skin concerns. Populate one article per week linked through social media and email newsletter, leveraging insights from forums and partners such as Reddit, TikTok, search trends and publications.

Oversee email segmentation and database strategy to drive sales, aligning with the CRM team to deliver news, insight, personal access and emotion.

Revamp the website evergreen copy, applying consumer insights and search trends to restructure, promote and value education to solve KPIs on the website.

Execute press releases in collaboration with R&D partners, brand design and the marketing team.

Translate copy documents (press releases, website, articles, brochures, ad copy, merchandising) to maintain intent throughout the translation journey.

Craft PDP copy that is succinct, persuasive and enticing while on brand, collaborating with multiple departments.

Produce social posts executed by in-house social media and KOL manager, partnering and influencing to strengthen KPIs.

Provide input on social influencer briefs, enhancing language and requests within UGC.

Evaluate brand slogans, explanations and brand tenants such as ‘Skincare science masterpiece’ and ‘Think Beautifully’.

Craft interview responses to journalists meeting with our Founders, ensuring key publication interview responses.

Oversee script and strategy for the podcast executed by our CEO for ‘Think Beautifully’.

Lead company internal communications, leveraging key words and guiding generative AI usage.

Maintain attention to detail in the relationship with the translation agency and internal sign‑off across multiple departments, ensuring brand voice consistency.

Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience in editorial or in‑house copy within the beauty industry

Experience working with a founder‑led startup culture would be a bonus

Skills & Requirements

Fluent in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills, clear leadership abilities, and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making

Comfort using Google analytics and competitor scrapes to showcase the landscape and trends

Interest in beauty and wellness

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Exceptional organizational skills showing great attention to detail

An eye for luxury and high‑quality presentation
