As the Copywriter for the Marketing and Digital team, the role will include overseeing the tone of voice and content creation for the brand’s expression on the website, through social media, on emails and in press interactions. You will be part of the digital and marketing team implementing effective marketing campaigns to disrupt, engage and drive sales in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the tone of voice, area of special interest, and content purpose for the Noble Panacea brand, specifying the energy, intent, and language that best attracts, holds, and delights our audience.

Specify and document the parameters and distinctions between regions if relevant, focusing on the core proprietary patented technology.

Scope includes all written communication overseen by this team, covering paid media, website, press releases, SEO articles, retailers, email marketing, campaigns, video assets, and social media.

Lifestyle blog content

– create a regular cadence of educational, pertinent, succinct, and engaging posts on topics such as seasonality, travel tips, wedding prep, skin diaries, sustainability, celebrity skin assortments, and skin concerns. Define a content strategy, publish one article per week, and link through social media and email newsletter to enrich audience experience and aid SEO.

Emails

– segment the database with the CRM team to drive sales and create news and insight content.

The

website evergreen copy

– leverage consumer insights and in‑store testing to structure, promote, and value‑equate educational content, solving KPIs for the site.

Press releases

– execute in collaboration with R&D partners, brand design, and the marketing team.

Translation

– oversee copy translation for press releases, website, articles, brochures, ad copy, merchandising, etc., ensuring intent is maintained.

Craft PDP copy

– write succinct, influential, persuasive, and enticing product page copy in collaboration with multiple departments.

Social posts

– collaborate with in‑house social media and KOL manager to strengthen KPIs.

Social influencer briefs

– provide input on language and requests for UGC.

Evaluate the location, repetition, and use of brand slogans and accompanying brand tenants such as ‘Skincare science masterpiece’ and ‘Think Beautifully.’

Interview responses

– craft, check, and counsel key publication interview responses for journalists meeting with our founders.

Oversee script and strategy for the CEO‑executed podcast “Think Beautifully.”

Company

internal communications

– determine key word usage and guidance on generative AI usage.

Ensure detail‑oriented oversight of the translation agency relationship and internal sign‑off across departments, maintaining a unified and consistent brand voice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience in editorial or in‑house copy within the beauty industry

Experience working with a founder‑led start‑up culture would be a bonus

Skills & Requirements

Fluent in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills, clear leadership abilities, and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making

Comfort using Google Analytics and competitor scrapes to showcase landscape and trends

Interest in beauty and wellness

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail

An eye for luxury and high‑quality presentation
