Salary up to £80,000, on target earnings are a further 30% of base salary with bonuses payable quarterly and with the potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses.
Description Our client, a leading asset financier, is looking for an additional Relationship Manager to join its highly successful construction & recycling asset focused sales team.
Your role is to identify and prospect new direct or dealer‑driven business usually in the SME & SMB space across the Birmingham to Oxford sales area.
Targets are reasonable, reflecting the strong new‑business nature of the role – typically around £6m at this salary.
You will predominantly source your own business but will be supported by management.
Candidate Profile Candidates must live within the sales area and ideally have a background in direct driven asset finance. Experience in financing construction and recycling assets is of particular interest, but any hard‑asset direct finance background is acceptable.
Applicants with a construction and recycling asset sales background who wish to develop a career in asset finance are also welcome. This role requires genuine new‑business hunters with the skills to cold call, canvass and close.
Compensation & Benefits Salary up to £80,000, on target earnings are a further 30% of base salary with quarterly bonuses and the potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses. All usual large‑company benefits, including a company car and a generous contributory pension, are provided.
