What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospecting for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Managing accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
Meeting or exceeding revenue targets on a consistent basis
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies, utilizing a consultative and value-based approach
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution-selling approach
Ability to work effectively with teams across various departments to achieve shared objectives
Capability to develop and execute an account plan and manage change effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with refining sales strategies and enhancing sales team culture
Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
