What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from planning to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Regularly update the CRM system to maintain accurate sales activity records
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience with a successful sales track record
Experience in selling to C‑level executives using a consultative approach
Ability to develop and execute account plans effectively
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing change effectively
Eager to help refine sales strategies and develop tools to enhance sales success
Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
