What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with small to mid‑sized corporate accounts
Lead the entire sales process from initial contact through account planning, deal closing, and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a clean and updated sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling complex software solutions to small and medium companies with revenues less than $500M
Ability to develop and execute account plans while managing various stakeholders
Strong consultative selling skills and experience selling to C‑level executives
Must be a self‑starter with a growth mindset and the ability to manage change effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Experience in a corporate sector sales role
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
