About The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our Key Account team in nurturing strong relationships with Department Stores and Online Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates at the early stage of a sales or account management career who are eager to develop skills in customer service, sales strategy, and retail account support within the luxury home décor sector.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with key retail and online clients.
Support the team in achieving sales targets through coordinated client communication and service excellence.
Help implement promotional activities, including in-store events and product training at partner locations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Conduct basic sales data analysis to support account strategies and inventory management.
Support visual merchandising efforts and ensure the brand is well represented both in-store and online.
Assist with research on market trends and competitor activity to help shape account support programs.
Travel locally as needed to visit accounts and support onsite initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Basic analytical skills and comfort working with sales and inventory data.
Interest in retail, luxury goods, or home décor industries is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
