Time Allocation
In‑Store Selling – 85%

Key Responsibilities
Deliver against key sales objectives (sales, distribution, share growth) through execution of perfect‑store principles.
Record weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce; assess route viability and provide feedback.
Track store/ account‑level KPIs; analyze sales data for improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers; anticipate needs and overcome objections.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities; share insights to optimize sales approaches.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
Results‑driven mindset; track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable internet access.
Willingly travel within assigned territory (mileage reimbursed).
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
Live within 25 miles of the primary location.
Schedule availability: weekdays (Monday–Friday) in the morning and early afternoon.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
