Associate Account Manager BioT (Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Florida)
Join the Smith+Naphew team as an Associate Account Manager in the Advanced Wound Biotissue division. In this developmental role, you will support a senior Account Manager in promoting key brands such as Grafix and Stravix across acute care facilities.
Responsibilities
Support the Account Manager(s) in addressing business needs and goals within the district or region.
Coordinate product availability for hospital outpatient departments.
Provide in‑services and educate end users on the clinical benefits of products.
Deliver sales presentations and product lunch/dinner events to key customers.
Penetrate target accounts and maneuver through accounts to grow market share.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Documented success in B2B sales; medical sales experience preferred.
Willingness and ability to relocate within the territory or region to accommodate business needs.
Successful completion of credentialing process (including COVID‑19 vaccine management) required for all field sales professionals gaining entry to healthcare facilities.
The anticipated base compensation range is $65,000–$75,000 USD annually, with sales commission and incentives based on set targets. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid leave, flexible time off, and wellness programs.
