We are looking for a self‑motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid opportunity is for high‑performing sales individuals who want to drive growth, serve our customer base, and achieve financial freedom. If you are hungry, humble, and honest, we want to talk to you.
What You Can Expect
Compete at each phase of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
Generate additional business beyond our online marketing through door‑hangers, yard signs, social media & referrals.
Manage an organized pipeline in the CRM accurately.
Travel within the territory to meet pre‑qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day.
Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help each customer become an educated and informed buyer.
Estimate and send professional quotes to homeowners.
Follow up with homeowners post estimate to close the sales.
Work alongside the production team to ensure jobs are ready to be executed.
Requirements
1–2 years closing sales experience.
B2C experience (preferred).
Experience with a CRM platform (preferred).
Experience using an iPad and various apps.
Desire to serve customers well.
Effective communicator and active listener.
High attention to detail and knowledge retention.
Team player and capable of working independently.
