ACCOUNT COORDINATOR (EVENINGS/WEEKENDS)
Little Dot Studios – Social Video Services team – Role based in Los Angeles, CA.
Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing video content for YouTube and social platforms across a range of verticals, specifically for weekend and weekday evening shifts. The role requires availability Wednesday - Sunday between 3pm – 12am. Day‑to‑day duties include video optimization, simple analytical report generation, graphic design, copywriting, channel maintenance, content logging, channel uploads and general support to the Social Video Services team.

How You Will Spend Your Time
Build and maintain YouTube and/or social video channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok): optimize assets with thumbnail graphics and titles/descriptions, use platform features, contribute creative ideas, and upload to agreed schedules.
Grow a YouTube and/or social video audience and analyze engagement data.
Manage community features on channels, including images, GIFs and social posts.
Write copy for posts, keeping editorial voice and tone consistent.
Use platform analytics to inform strategic channel decisions.
Maintain a materials library and follow edit processes and naming conventions.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Snapchat.
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
Proficient in Photoshop for thumbnail and asset creation.
Knowledge of video formats, compression, and audio/video synchronization.
Experience with social platform CMS (bonus).
Strong attention to detail and proofreading capability.
Team player with a flexible, humorous attitude and interest in a dynamic startup environment.
Proficiency in other languages (bonus).
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
