ACCOUNT COORDINATOR (PART-TIME/WEEKENDS)
Little Dot Studios is a multi-platform production company and social media agency looking for a part-time (weekends only) Account Coordinator. Salary: $19.23/hr – $24.04/hr (based on skills and experience).
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9 am–6 pm.
Responsibilities
Optimize video content for YouTube and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok). This includes creating thumbnails in Photoshop and writing titles and descriptions.
Grow and engage video audiences, analyze platform metrics, and use insights to inform strategy.
Maintain channel health: upload videos, manage comments, create community posts, and build library assets.
Write copy for posts on YouTube and social channels.
Use platform analytics for reporting and strategic decisions.
Follow established edit processes and naming conventions.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
Working knowledge of Photoshop for thumbnail creation.
Knowledge of video formats, compression, and sound/video synchronization.
Experience with social platform content management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Team‑player, flexible, strong work ethic, sense of humour, interest in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
Qualifications Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
