Schedule Monday-Friday; 6:30 AM - approximately 3:30 PM (and as needed)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote, sell and merchandise products for the assigned route. Confer with customers to understand needs, identify best product, process orders and schedule delivery.
Visit each account as scheduled. Develop rapport with each account’s decision maker and promote CBC products and service by actively recommending displays and POS and actively organizing cooler or shelf sets.
Rotate product and ensure no out of date beer and accurate pricing.
Review current inventory levels, determine quantities needed using sales history, enter order and transmit timely to ensure prompt delivery. Follow up on out‑of‑stock items, order shortages or missed deliveries.
Comply with ABC regulations and supplier requirements. Follow process for close‑dated product to protect suppliers, customer, and CBC assets.
Follow up on leads for prospective new brands or SKUs. Actively communicate new products, promotions and opportunities.
Request appropriate POS material as needed. Ensure placement of POS meets CBC and supplier standards.
Proactively communicate with manager regarding competitor activities, business outlook and opportunities.
Work with customers to resolve any concerns. Escalate sensitive matters to management.
Complete customer surveys as required.
Work in a safe manner using proper PPE and applying safe lifting and defensive driving techniques. Comply with all safety rules and policies.
Attend sales meetings. Actively review cubby information to stay updated on new products and programs.
Care for company‑assigned assets including iPad, vehicle and other equipment.
Ensure regular and punctual attendance to deliver product timely to CBC customers.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possess and display CBC’s Core Values at all times:

Education equivalent to a high school diploma plus one year of service experience.
Basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to deal with problems involving limited concrete variables in standardized situations.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, bar graphs and procedure manuals.
Basic communication skills using common courtesy.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form.
Perform physical work (up to 90% of the time).
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with company standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly/constantly (>66% of workday): walk/stand, lift/carry and reach knee to shoulder up to 46 pounds.
Frequently (34-66% of workday): lift one‑handed, push/pull up to 90 pounds of force, reach below knee to handle materials up to 46 lbs, reach above shoulder up to 20 lbs, handle/grasp, talk, hear and see. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye‑hand coordination, acuity and ability to adjust focus.
