Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 6:30 AM – approximately 3:30 PM (and as needed)
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for promotion, sales and merchandising of products for the assigned route.
Visit each account as scheduled, develop rapport, promote CBC products, recommend displays and POS.
Maintain product inventory—no out‑of‑date beer and accurate pricing.
Review inventory levels, determine quantities using sales history, enter orders and ensure timely delivery.
Comply with ABC regulations, supplier requirements and close‑dated product processes.
Follow up on leads for new brands or SKUs and communicate promotions.
Request appropriate POS material and ensure placement meets CBC and supplier standards.
Communicate with management about competitor activities, business outlook, and opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns and escalation sensitive matters to management.
Complete customer surveys as required.
Work safely using proper PPE, safe lifting and defensive driving techniques; comply with all safety rules and policies.
Attend sales meetings, review cubby information for new products and programs.
Care for company assets—including iPad, vehicle, and other equipment.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure timely product delivery.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Possess CBC Core Values at all times: Craft it, Own it, Protect it, Celebrate it.
High school diploma plus one year of service experience or equivalent.
Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
Ability to use basic mathematical concepts such as rate, ratio, percent.
Problem‑solving using limited concrete variables in standardized situations.
Document reading and interpretation skills.
Basic communication skills with common courtesy.
Common sense to carry out oral, written or diagram instructions.
Physical work up to 90% of the time.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Active beer and wine sales license.
Valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.
